Endurance
Without perseverance I would drown in the great, vast ocean, depending on myself alone. The ocean would engulf me and nothing would remain of me. But due to the power of my body, the quiet and consistent zealousness of achieving my goal, my survival is secured. My perseverance to continue even when success seems limited is the significant characteristic of nature. The patience with which I improve my condition and build my body strength is just as important to me as the empathy in my body. I won’t strain it in an attempt to improve my fitness, but treat my strengths lovingly and sensibly. I achieve considerably more this way. I continually keep an eye on my spiritual and physical condition and don’t alienate myself through expectations and demands of myself that are too high. I show myself acceptance and love just as I am now. Wanting to improve my form and constitution is healthy, but I don’t make my self-esteem dependent on that. As long as I feel good in my body I’m in the best shape. Only I can judge what’s good and what’s harmful for me.
I take care of my body.
