Defence (9 of Teeth)
Defence is resistance to threatening situations. When I have to defend myself in an important issue I don’t back off but I take on the challenge without flinching. I protect all the things that are important to me and fight against negative influences. There are some situations in life which are about my endurance and stamina. My self-esteem then prompts me to fight persistently against the opposition of the every day and to stand up for my rights. When my thoughts centre on defending my life circumstances, it can easily happen that I also use these protection mechanisms when dealing with people, which isn’t necessary at all. In the emotional arena I’m careful not to react to attachment defensively or with resistance. I stand firmly with both feet in life and face the challenges of existence resolutely. I’m strong and am responsible for my life.
