Thoughts (4 of the Brain)
I understand my perceptions and actions with my thoughts. I work through my emotions in my thoughts. I want to understand why I do this or that thing and reflect on collected impressions. I look at a concrete situation from different perspectives and reflect on my options and approaches. My thoughts are boundless. In them I can construct everything, this way I have endless possibilities of developing new and beautiful things. In my thoughts, my ego, my motivation and my ability to combine and compare is reflected. I avoid stress, hustle, noise, and don’t allow myself to be afraid, otherwise my thoughts just go around in circles, and I come to a satisfying result. Profitable thoughts arise when I’m emotionally balanced, relaxed and composed. I take enough time for myself and take enough breaks. Then my thoughts are always fresh and efficient and this way I manage to integrate my body, soul, spirit and my emotions.
