Rejection (5 of Hands)
Rejection signals a phase of aversion and reluctance. It paves the way for hard times during which I am weakened through rejection or aversions, or a make someone else weak. I’m not in concordance with a particular person or thing, and my feelings rebel. I’d rather take the risk of hurting someone by refusing them than to deny myself. Honesty may be painful, but it is the fairest way to communicate with others and to live. When I’m rejected, my pride is hurt. I do, however, accept an honest rejection, because I know that feelings can’t be forced. Enduring a situation that isn’t good for me leads to a repression of my vitality, and, consequently, I deny and harm myself by it.
